By accessing or using any service offered by Deutsch mit Taheni ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website, online courses, and language programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, students, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

Deutsch mit Taheni provides German language education services including:

• Online and in-person group German language courses (A1 to C2)
• Private one-on-one lessons with qualified native teachers
• Intensive German language programs
• Goethe-Zertifikat and TELC exam preparation courses
• Corporate German language training
• Access to digital learning materials and recorded sessions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with reasonable advance notice provided to enrolled students whenever possible.

Enrollment in our courses is subject to availability and acceptance by Deutsch mit Taheni. Submitting an enrollment form does not guarantee a place in a course.

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance for existing students.

To maintain a positive learning environment for all students, you agree to:

• Treat teachers and fellow students with respect at all times
• Attend classes punctually and notify us in advance of absences
• Not record, share, or redistribute class sessions without written consent
• Not share your login credentials or course materials with third parties
• Complete assignments and participate constructively in course activities
• Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

All course materials, lesson recordings, exercises, teaching methods, and content provided by Deutsch mit Taheni are our exclusive intellectual property or licensed to us.

• Course materials are for your personal educational use only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course content
• Recording of live sessions is strictly prohibited without written permission
• Our brand name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without consent

We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. Our refund policy is as follows:

• First 2 lessons: Full refund if you are not satisfied — no questions asked.
• Within 7 days of course start: 50% refund of the monthly fee.
• After 7 days: No refund for the current month. Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period.
• Intensive & Exam Prep: Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before start. 50% refund within 7 days of start.

To cancel, send a written request to our email. Cancellations are processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Deutsch mit Taheni provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for the highest quality education, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or exam results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deutsch mit Taheni shall not be liable for:

• Failure to pass any language exam or achieve a specific proficiency level
• Technical disruptions to online learning platforms
• Loss of data or course progress due to technical issues beyond our control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course in question during the 3 months preceding any claim.

Your privacy is important to us. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect and use your data to provide our services, communicate with you about your enrollment, improve our courses, and comply with legal obligations.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email at least 14 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your enrollment according to our cancellation policy.

The current version of these terms is always available on our website. We recommend reviewing them periodically.
